Our story
Built around the project, not a formula.
Established in 2021, CORE Constructions provides design and construction services spanning site analysis, preliminary design studies, detailed design and construction. The company is active across cinema, office and studio environments and has worked with leading operators in Saudi Arabia, including AMC Cinemas, VOX Cinemas, SELA, Merwas Studios at Riyadh Boulevard, VIA Riyadh VIP Cinema and MUVI Cinemas.
From project conception to completion, every client and project has distinct needs. We listen first, establish a common vision around the project's specific parameters, and deliver through self-performed work or close collaboration with architects, engineers and subcontractors.

A focused trajectory.
2021
CORE Constructions incorporated. Assigned as MEP design and build contractor at VIA Riyadh Cinema.
2022
Assigned as MEP design and build contractor at Merwas Studios.
2023
Projects at Shorofat Park MUVI Cinemas and VOX Century Corner, followed by the VOX entrance-floor fit-out.
2024
Assigned as turnkey contractor for NOIR Cinemas at eight locations across Saudi Arabia.
Experience
Experience established through delivery.
CORE began 2021 by securing and successfully executing AMC Cinema projects in the Riyadh Region. The company subsequently delivered SELA projects including VIA Riyadh VIP Cinema and Merwas Studios at Riyadh Boulevard, followed by work for VOX Cinemas at Century Corner and MUVI Cinemas at Shorofat Park in Al-Khobar.
This growing portfolio demonstrates experience across MEP design and build, cinema fit-out, studio construction and turnkey delivery.
